The Brighton Boat Access is owned by the Department Of Natural Resources, and was acquired and constructed in 1988. The WCCB manages the property. It is a popular entry point for persons fishing and boating in this segment of the Skunk River.
Channel and flathead catfish are the primary fish species harvested from the Brighton Boat Access. Other “bonus” river species are also caught.
This site features a pit vault latrine and boat ramp. It is open to public hunting. Primitive camping is permitted.
